Project Description: Unique residential project, one of a kind in Europe, only two build in Moscow. Build in 1973, using prefab precast concrete elements Тseries I-515У. Perfectly round building with 155 meter court yard diameter, 26 sections, 912 residential units, with total developed size of about 273,000 sq. feet. Arkady Kushner as the construction manager, heading one of the largest Moscow construction companies.
